Approval of minutes

The minutes were read and approved from November. 

Budget

The 2026 budget was reviewed and approved. In addition the State annual report, 2025 Annual Financial Report & 2025 bank statements with documentation was approved and sent to AST. Present Bank statement: 

New business

• Spring symposium slated for 4/11/2026
• Subject of spring symposium : Vascular, Evolution of Vascular Surgery
• Ideas for fundraising: Motorcycle ride (6/13 or 6/20/2026) and dog walk
• Lauren will take over social media out reach and will coordinate with Melissa
• Motion to discontinue use/paying for Constant Contact by Christine, seconded by Monica, motion passed unanimously
• Motion to approve financing for the National conference fees for the 3 delegates and leadership workshop for 2 delegates by Christine, seconded by AZ, motion passed unanimously.

Next meeting will be held February 22,2026 @ 4PM EST

Motion to adjourn at 5pm and was passed unanimously.
